Refund Policy
1. Subscription Payments
QRManager.io Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the immediate activation of digital features, refunds are generally not offered. However, refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical issues preventing access to Pro features
- Accidental upgrade within 24 hours (case-by-case)
3. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@qrmanager.io with:
- Your account email
- Date of charge
- Reason for requesting a refund
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Chargebacks
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
