These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QRManager.io (“we”, “our”, “the Service”), including all features, QR code tools, analytics, account management and subscriptions (Free and Pro plans).

By creating an account or using QRManager.io, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using QRManager.io, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abuse.

4. Free Plan

The free plan includes:

• QR code creation
• Basic redirection
• Basic scan statistics

5. Pro Plan

The Pro plan is a subscription offering additional features such as:

• Advanced analytics
• Branding options
• Support priority
• Unlimited QR edits

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime in your billing page.

6. QR Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content your QR codes point to, including URLs, files and interactions. Illegal, harmful or misleading links are strictly prohibited.

7. Fair Use

We reserve the right to enforce rate limits or anti-abuse protections to maintain service stability.

8. Service Availability

While we aim to provide up-time and reliability, QRManager.io is provided “as is” with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

9. Payments & Renewals

• Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe.
• Charges renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• No refunds are provided unless required by law. See Refund Policy.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, spam, illegal content or Terms violations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service confirms your acceptance of the updated Terms.
